Each homecare client undergoes a thorough needs assessment by a senior staff member, prior to the provision of any support, to ensure that the homecare staff we provide you have the exact skills and level of experience you are looking for.
All of our homecare staff are fully vetted with police checks (CRB), employment references, medicals and background checks and undergo extensive practical assessments to ensure they have the relevant skills required for our homecare clients.
Each client is then given the opportunity to review CVs / interview / meet any of the carers which we choose to supply to make sure that you are comfortable and happy to work with them in your home. In addition each member of staff is provided on a trial basis and only once you are completely satisfied we will place them on a temporary or permanent contract, depending on your requirements.
Finally, all of our clients, their families and homecare staff have access to an on call service, run by a team of qualified professionals, available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s all part of the package and included free of charge to support you.
We conduct regular reviews, provide training and support throughout the duration of our contract to ensure we are providing the best standard of service at all times.
